Join us for the FREE workshop given by Marina from Inova Training. Our evening will kick off from 6:15pm (arrivals from 6pm). You are invited to join us for discussions on key topics such as:

1. Cybersecurity – How do you manage your passwords and stay safe online?
2. Identity theft and how to avoid it
3. Mental health- the impact of social media on our self-concept, self -esteem and self-identity

A drink and nibbles will be offered during this workshop session. This event will roll into the WineNot?!, also in Momento at 20.00.
